1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable for items purchased directly from nariconnie.com.

  • Custom or engraved watches cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

  • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you may request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

  • NARICONNIE LUXURY WATCHES is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
